Plastic Disclosure Project

The Plastic Disclosure Project (PDP) is similar to that of carbon and water reporting, but with a focus on plastic as the key component of the waste stream, because it is often the most complex to recover.

The PDP allows you to better understand the baseline of your current plastic, recovery, recycling and use of recycled content, so your organization is better equipped to make important and significant gains on waste reduction, resource recovery and reuse of materials.  If you don’t measure what you have, it is much harder to manage, and very difficult to become part of a circular economy without the baseline metrics.

The PDP enables manufacturers, the service sector, municipalities, and even events, to manage and reduce their plastic waste by measuring and understanding their plastic footprint.

PDP SURVEY
Measure & Assess

By undertaking the PDP, you can have more information for strategy and decision making at your fingertips, with a better understanding of the baseline of your current use, recovery, recycling, use of recycled content, or waste accumulation.  You will have increased insight and knowledge to then share with your stakeholders, or to work with new ones in collaborative ways to make important and significant gains on plastic pollution reduction, resource recovery and reuse of materials.
Engage Stakeholders

It’s difficult to enter the circular economy, efficiently re-using and recovering materials, if a baseline analysis is not completed beforehand, giving you the management knowledge of what resources you have available for “circulation.”
